Tape Feeder: The most common feeder type, used with tape-packaged components to peel off the cover tape and index parts at set pitches.
Electric / Motorized Feeder: A feeder driven by micro servo motors, offering higher precision, lower noise, and more stable indexing compared to pneumatic feeders.
SMT Nozzle: A high-precision tool mounted on the placement head spindle that uses vacuum pressure to pick and transfer electronic components.
Ceramic Nozzle: A nozzle with a tip made of engineering ceramics, providing excellent wear resistance, anti-static properties, and an extremely long lifespan.
Custom / Special Nozzle: A non-standard nozzle designed specifically to fit the unique physical shape of odd-form components (e.g., transformers, large connectors).
SMT Filter: A consumable part that filters rosin and dust from the air entering vacuum valves and pumps to prevent tubing clogs and valve malfunction.
Solenoid Valve: An electrically controlled pneumatic valve used to control cylinder movement, vacuum pick, and air blow-off actions on the placement head.
Splice Tape: Specialized adhesive tape used to join the tail of an active reel to the leader of a new reel without stopping the machine, ensuring continuous production.
